SprintRecon provides real-time sprint tracking, delivery health metrics, and workflow visibility directly inside Jira Software.
Installation & Quick Start
Install SprintRecon from the Atlassian Marketplace into your Jira Cloud instance.
Navigate to any active Scrum project or Kanban board.
Select SprintRecon from the left-hand board sidebar or project apps menu.
Milestone Credit Configuration
SprintRecon allows engineering teams to map Jira workflow statuses to milestone-based credit buckets per board:
Done: Fully finished and accepted work items.
QA Complete: Engineering deliverables verified by testing and ready for release.
Dev Complete: Tasks completed by development awaiting QA or staging deployment.
Not Credited: Work items in progress, blocked, or in backlog.
To customize buckets, open SprintRecon, navigate to Settings, map each status and issue type, and save your board configuration.
Security & Architecture
SprintRecon is built on Atlassian Forge. It runs in Atlassian-managed compute containers, requires no external databases or hosting, and keeps all sprint metrics fully isolated within your Jira tenant.
